What Is AudioProducer.ai? Capabilities, Pricing, and Limits

August 28, 2026

AudioProducer.ai takes a manuscript, a script, or a news topic and returns finished media: a multi-voice audiobook, a produced podcast episode, or an illustrated comic or webtoon. You bring the text; the platform handles narration, mixing, page layout, and art.

What it does, precisely

Three creation modes share one account, one editor, and one monthly word allowance.

CapabilityTakes inEmits
Audiobook narrationA chapter, typed or pasted, or an EPUB importA rendered chapter audio file, downloadable per chapter
Automatic AI markupChapter textSpeaker tags, emotion tags, pauses and sound cues placed inline in the editor
Character and sound auto-assignA chapter with named charactersA voice per character and sound chips at the moments they play
Voice selectionA character listA distinct voice per speaker, drawn from 100+ voices
Voice cloningA short voice sampleA custom voice usable as any speaker
Sound effects and ambienceCue points in the textLayered effects and ambience inside the render
Podcast draftingA news topic, a maximum article age, constraints and an editorial angleA segmented outline and script, optionally with show notes
Podcast productionA script with assigned speakersA multi-voice episode with music beds, effects, automatic leveling and ducking; MP3 or a share link
Comic page planningA novel or a single chapterPaced pages and panels: establishing shots, close-ups, action beats
Character consistencyAn AI-generated reference sheet, or your own reference imagesCharacters that stay on-model across every panel and page
Panel illustrationPlanned panels plus a chosen or uploaded art styleIllustrated pages in that style
Comic exportFinished pagesA print-ready paginated PDF, or a single continuous vertical webtoon strip

Each of those rows has a page showing the capability on one specific job: turning a blog post into a voiced podcast episode, casting a script you wrote and rendering the episode audio, and turning a horror story into a vertical-scroll comic.

How it works

  1. Create a project and get the text in: paste or type it, or upload an EPUB and let the chapters populate automatically.
  2. Run auto-assign. The AI marks up speakers, emotion and sound cues, and proposes a voice for each character.
  3. Edit. Change voices, adjust pacing and pauses, set music and effect volumes, or switch to the clean text view to edit the prose itself.
  4. Render in one click, then download per chapter or share a link. Re-render after edits as often as you want.
  5. For comics, pick a format and an art style instead: the AI plans the pages, illustrates the panels, and hands you an editable bubble layer before export.

Podcast mode starts from a different input. You give it a topic and a window, such as sixty days, and it gathers articles from that window before drafting. There is more detail on the podcast studio page, and a worked example in generating a podcast from a news topic.

What it costs

Pricing is a monthly word allowance. Every plan includes the markup editor and automatic AI markup; paid plans add cloud audio storage.

  • Free - $0/month, 1,200 words. No credit card, no time limit, no expiration.
  • Beginner Writer - $39.99/month, 7,000 words.
  • Amateur Writer - $69.99/month, 15,000 words.
  • Consistent Writer - $119.99/month, 30,000 words.
  • Professional Writer - $199.99/month, 100,000 words.

There is no limit on how many projects you create; the plan governs how much you generate per billing cycle. If a manuscript runs past your allowance, the Overcharge toggle in Profile and Billing tops your balance up automatically so a long book finishes in one pass. It is off by default.

Limits, stated plainly

These are the things worth knowing before you sign up, not after.

  • Unused words do not roll over. The allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
  • We do not publish or distribute for you. Files are export-ready and compatible with the major audiobook platforms, but getting them onto those platforms is your job.
  • Podcast freshness depends on your query. Drafts incorporate recent headlines matching the search you specify, at the moment of generation. It is not a live feed.
  • Very long episodes may be split into parts during generation and export, for reliability.
  • Comic generation has no separately published per-page allowance. The plan cards quote a word allowance; how comic work counts against it is not stated on the pricing cards, so check your quota in-app before planning a long run.
  • Uploaded third-party audio is your responsibility. You own what you generate and can monetize it, but you need the rights to any music or effects you bring in yourself.
  • Manuscript import is EPUB or paste. There is no other import path today.

Who it fits

It fits an author with a manuscript who wants an audiobook without booking a studio, a creator who wants a produced news podcast on a recurring topic without writing and mixing each episode, and a novelist who wants their book drawn as a comic or webtoon without drawing it. Starting points: making an audiobook with AI and turning a novel into a comic book.

It does not fit a team that needs distribution and marketing handled, a podcast built from live interviews with real guests, or a project where every line must be performed by a human narrator. It is also a poor fit if you need a fixed per-minute price rather than a word allowance.

The full library of guides sits at all articles, including the crossover case of turning a comic or webtoon into audio.

How many voices and languages are supported?
There are 100+ voices covering 20+ languages and a range of accents. You can assign a different voice to each host, guest or character, adjust tone per speaker, and clone a custom voice from a short sample.
Can I import a book I have already written?
Yes. Upload an EPUB and the project populates with chapter structure, titles and body text automatically. You can also start from a blank project and paste or type the text directly. Those are the two import paths.
